With over 35 years of barbering experience, Tino mastered his craft around the world with stops in Hawaii, Miami and Jacksonville. 

As a former Master Barber at The Art of Shaving in St. Johns Town Center, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every clients.

At Top-Notch Barbershop, the team specializes in full scissor cuts, fades, textured styles, classic hot towel shaves, and hair coloring for all hair types.
