If you’re looking for a quality old style haircut, Tino is there to make sure you get what you’re looking for. I’ve been visiting Top-Notch Barbershop for a couple of years and Tino is meticulously detail oriented and maybe, part magician. He’s worth your time and money and right in the center of the downtown area with plenty of parking. Do it and the compliments will follow.
Top-Notch gave me the best (and I’m not being dramatic) haircut of my life. Came out absolutely flawless. Cut both wet and dry and spent a ton of extra effort making sure everything was just right. I wish I had Spinal Tap’s amplifier knob to rate this guy, because it would definitely go up to 11.
